Week 12 meal plan! You and your family will love these recipes this week.
Several smoothies including Crazy Healthy Smoothie to help keep our immune system in tip top shape plus Mango Spiced Smoothies and PMS Smoothie. Then we’ll make these super fun Bubble Waffles too!
Cinnamon Toast Pinwheels are perfect for using those bread crusts that your kids insist on cutting off. Flourless Pumpkin Chocolate Muffins are super easy. Then we’ll also have a batch of Nature Cookies ready to go and a loaf of Banana Berry Bread that the kids go wild for!
Sushi Sandwiches and 2 Ingredient Toast 6 Ways keep classic lunch sandwiches fun! Spaghetti and Meatball Muffins are little personal sized spaghetti portions so the kids love these. Plus we’ll have some Baked Avocado Eggs.
Sunday: Simple Broiled Salmon with Asian Style Cauliflower Rice is the best way to start off the week! Then some Frozen Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Bites for dessert!
Monday: Baked Farro with Lentils, Tomato and Mozzarella with a big farmers market salad for Meatless Monday.
Tuesday: Steak Salad/Sandwiches from One Potato. This is by far one of our favorite One Potato meals! Everyone gets to choose whether they want a sandwich or salad and build it just how they want.
Wednesday: Orange Chicken Stir Fry with Asian Veggies and Rice from One Potato Box. Super easy, tasty and healthy!
Thursday: Going with a One Potato Family Favorite: Turkey Burgers with Fries and all the toppings you could ever want! These burgers are quick and easy and everyone loves them!
Friday: Crunchy Quinoa Crusted Chicken Tenders with Crispy Smashed Potatoes and Air Fryer Veggies. Then Chocolate Banana Nice Cream for a special treat.
Saturday: Order in from local restaurant.
