Meal Plan — Week 19
This week’s family meal plan has some of my favorites! Let me know what you think!
This week for smoothies we’re making Vanilla Cinnamon Date Shakes, Cotton Candy Smoothies (which have a healthy secret ingredient), classic Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothies and Golden Milk to keep our immune systems boosted! Plus we’re making more Breakfast Rice Cakes because everyone loved them so much!
I’m always trying to keep snacks as healthy and energizing as possible so we’re making Cucumber Stackers, Nature Cookies, Roasted Carrot Hummus and Strawberry Fruit Leather.
We’re keeping it simple this week for lunch and making Super Healthy Granola paired with Greek Yogurt and Fresh Fruit. Then we’re having the forever fun to make and eat Animal Face Toast. Plus Grilled Pizza Roll Ups and Cauliflower Crusted Grilled Cheeses.
Sunday: We’re started the week off with Air Fryer Salmon, which is one of the easiest ways to make salmon. You can also broil the salmon it if you don’t have an air fryer! We’re pairing it with Bacon Wrapped Air Fried Asparagus and Perfect Brown Rice.
Monday: Spinach Ricotta Bites with Air Fryer Veggies for a simple and delicious meatless Monday meal.
Tuesday: These Middle Eastern Chicken Burgers are beyond delicious and a great alternative to beef burgers if you’re trying to cut down on red meat. We’re pairing them with Air Fryer French Fries of course!
Wednesday: Beef and Broccoli Stir Fry served with Brown Rice. Super easy to make and kids love this one!
Thursday: Moroccan Chicken with couscous! This recipe is super fragrant and fills up the entire kitchen!
Friday: We make some sort of pizza dish almost every Friday so this week we’re making a Quilt Pizza with a big Summer Garden Salad with Citrus Herb Vinaigrette dressing. Plus these decadent Dark Chocolate Cupcakes.
Saturday: Order in from a local restaurant!
