Meal Plan — Week 35
Can’t believe we’re wrapping up August! I’m sure lots of you are in the swing of being back at school. Here’s what recipes we’re making this week! What are you looking forward to cooking this week?
For our smoothies this week we’re making Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie, Vanilla Avocado Greens Smoothie, Tropical Lassi and Mango Spiced Smoothie. For weekend brunch we’re making Crepes!
Snacks this week are these super cute Apple Donuts along with Chocolate Oat Muffins, Hummus Pinwheels and Air Fryer Crispy Chickpeas.
For lunch this week we’re making Turkey Club Lettuce Wraps, Vegetarian Sandwich on a Stick, Egg Salad and Spaghetti and Meatball Muffins.
Sunday: Super simple Lemon Herb Chicken for Sunday supper on top of a bed of Lemon Spaghetti with Toasted Walnuts. We’re also make a side of Air Fryer Veggies too!
Monday: For meatless Monday we’re making Shiitake Veggie Stir Fry with some Sweet Gingery Tofu for some added protein.
Tuesday: Crispy Fish Fingers with a side of Air Fryer Okra and Crispy Smashed Potatoes!
Wednesday: Sweet Potato Black Bean Enchiladas with a side of Spanish Rice and fresh Guacamole.
Thursday: Salmon Burgers with Sweet Potato Fries and Sugar Snap Pea and Asparagus Saute.
Friday: Pizza Friday! This Sheet Pan Pizza with No-Yeast Crust is super easy to whip up! We’re having that with a decadent Chocolate Chip Cookie Cake for a fun weekend dessert.
Saturday: Order in from local restaurant!
