Ready for something naturally sweet, high in protein, and perfect for breakfast, lunch, a snack or as an after dinner treat? Ready for something good for your kids and yourself? Good, I am too!

I always keep a bag of frozen raspberries in the freezer. Of course they’re ideal in smoothies, but there’s lots more you can do with them. I use the juice to make dye-free treats like Raspberry Cream Cheese Heart Tarts (and the quick video showing you how to do it). Another tasty dish I make with the berries is this simple, creamy Pink Yogurt. Both recipes use minimal ingredients, are perfect for Valentine’s Day, but most importantly, make my kids really happy. What else can a mom ask for?
